Terms of service

By using Miqāt, you agree to these terms and the Miqāt privacy policy. You must use the service lawfully and follow any terms that apply to connected third-party services. Miqāt may show additional terms for features that are specific to it; those terms become part of this agreement when you use the relevant feature.

When Miqāt needs an account, provide accurate information and protect your sign-in details and connected accounts. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

When you connect Google Calendar, Miqāt creates and manages a dedicated calendar for its prayer times and related events. You authorize the limited access needed for that calendar. You remain responsible for reviewing the calendar and disconnecting or revoking access when you no longer want the connection.

Do not abuse Miqāt, bypass its limits, interfere with other users, test for vulnerabilities without permission, submit unlawful content, or violate another person's rights.

Miqāt may rely on other companies for hosting, email, authentication, analytics, calendar integrations, or data. Their terms may also apply, and their changes or outages may affect the service.

We try to keep Miqāt useful and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change as the service improves. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by an outage, an error, or a third-party service.

You can stop using Miqāt at any time and delete your account when that option is available. We may restrict access when the service is used in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful way. If these terms change meaningfully, we will update the date here.
